Refund Policy |
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund or exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Please return it, at your expense, to Julie Bell/ Die Stamp, Stirling Road, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4NF, along with your proof of purchase.
We regret that we are unable to refund or exchange any personalised items which have been approved by you, unless these items are deemed to be faulty.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
